Find:

Through access to several industry related databases, we carefully hand select Technical Service Partners (TSPs) who assist us in living up to our customers’ expectations and satisfaction. All candidates are researched, vetted and then approved through Vector’s Partner Management & Field Operations Department. Vector Security sets very high expectations for our TSPs and goes through great pains to find the best Technical Service Partners available.
 

Engage:

The requirements to become an approved TSP start with the vetting of the company’s background, credit history and a skills analysis to determine proficiency level in the areas for which they are being recruited or will be utilized. The analysis consists of a structured interaction between our National Recruiter(s) and each company’s ownership, which involves discussions that provide information related to the company’s skills, background, operating area and industry-related references.
 

Qualify:

Once a candidate passes the recruiting/vetting stage, an agreement package is sent to the candidate which contains our Master Subcontractor Agreement, Standard Operating Guidelines, as well as, our insurance and licensing requirements to become an active partner. The Partner Management Team then works with the Regional Field Services Manager to begin using and testing the new TSPs to get a sense for the company skill set and their professional abilities. We provide our TSPs with detailed pictures and schematics and assist our TSPs with diagnosing and repairing problems, as well as providing visual references for location and aesthetics.
 

Rate:

Once fully on boarded and performing work our TSPs are constantly being rated, as timeliness of response and quality of work are critical to customer satisfaction. Through both system measured metrics and onsite visual inspections our TSPs are graded on several measurable, such as response time, number of return trips, having common parts on hand, quality of work performed, knowledge of system install and overall customer satisfaction. The Regional Field Services Managers perform additional steps and document their daily findings in verifying and evaluating the quality of work performed through site visits and face to face meetings with our Technical Service Partners. The various types of jobs our TSPs handle are categorized and graded so that we can maintain tight oversight of these areas and continue to evaluate the quality of their workmanship based on overall ability as well as per technology or device type. To ensure quality services, our TSPs use a Web portal management tool which allows us too effectively manage assignments, track response times, track completion times, and assign quality ratings, and gain real time information about the work that is to be performed.
 

Develop:

The ongoing Development of our TSPs are managed by our Partner Management & Field Operations Department through closely working with the different operations teams and management, to refine our processes and ensure that Vector Security Networks has the appropriate coverage, in the way of Technical Service Partners, to be properly supported to perform services, installations, and exceed the expectations of our customers. We are continually growing our relationships with these partners to make certain they, along with us, are growing in their size of offering and knowledge of the systems that we are servicing and installing today, and into the future.
 

Lastly, to ensure that our customers always receive the best possible quality service, Vector Security Networks established the TSP Advisory Council. The TSP Advisory Council is made up of selected TSP companies from specific geographic regions that are associated within our Regional Field Services Managers territories. These Councils meet periodically in person or via conference call to deliberate a number of critical issues. They also provide input to Vector Security senior management with an emphasis on improving our overall business model as it relates Technical Service Partners and our customer satisfaction levels.
